scared shitless
yeah, that's the word. just a few seconds ago, right after logging in to this journal, i felt an intense pain in my chest and upper back. i know it has something to do with my lungs because i can't breathe properly. it's almost like i've run a couple of miles and my heart is beating fast because of the fear of feeling something strange happenning inside you. that's weird and freaky and scary.
